The Ilse Schutz Memorial Prize of $750 is awarded every two years at the biannual meeting of the Alfred Schutz Circle for Phenomenology and Interpretive Social Science by the Center for Advanced Research in Phenomenology, Inc. The award is presented at the meeting for the best paper given by a Graduate Student or Faculty Member who has not yet reached the rank of Associate Professor. Papers may cover all topics within the Interpretive Paradigm in the tradition of Alfred Schutz.
